💋 Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: All orders are processed the same day and ship within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. But stay tuned, we’re expanding soon!
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! All U.S. orders over $50 ship free.

Q: What comes in my Pressed by Kio set?
A: Each set includes 15 nail sizes per hand (30 total), nail glue, adhesive tabs, cuticle stick, alcohol wipes, and a nail file — everything you need for a flawless application.
Q: How long do they last?
A: With adhesive tabs, your nails can last up to 3 days — perfect for short wear. With nail glue, you can enjoy up to 2+ weeks of flawless wear.
Q: Are they reusable?
A: Yes! With gentle removal and proper care, you can reuse your set multiple times. Check out our Care & Reuse Tips for best practices.
✨ Application & Removal
Q: Are press-ons easy to apply?
A: Absolutely! Each set includes a full Application Guide with step-by-step instructions. It takes about 10–15 minutes for a full set — no salon needed.
Q: How do I remove them safely?
A: Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for a few minutes, then gently lift using the cuticle stick. Never pull or pop them off. For detailed steps, see our Removal Instructions.

Q: How do I know my size?
A: Each set includes 15 sizes per hand for the perfect fit. Choose the size that fits edge-to-edge on your natural nail. If between sizes, go slightly smaller for a seamless look. Learn more on our Sizing Guide.
Q: Can I request a custom size?
A: We occasionally offer custom sizing — stay tuned for updates or email us at hello@pressedbykio.com for details.
🖤 Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange my set?
A: Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily send a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos at hello@pressedbykio.com.
